 Topical: A wonderful floral essential oil that assists with inflammation, pain and acts as an astringent meaning it will help with wrinkles and aging skin.

 Aromatherapy: Used to help create a calming environment and helps promote a good nights sleep. It also helps balance hormones and moods.

We do not recommend using essential oils directly on the skin as they are very concentrated and can cause skin irritation. Adding a few drops to a carrier oil - such as grapeseed, olive or castor - would be a great way to safely use essential oils for the topical benefits.
